Refer a Friend Scheme Terms and Conditions

1. The term “Referrer” refers to an individual who has suggested or directed someone to the company.

2. Claims are not eligible for individuals who were referred to MediCircle prior to the initiation of this program.

3. The payment for the Referral Scheme is a set sum of money, established by MediCircle, which will be awarded to both the referrer and the newly referred member.

4. To be eligible for the referral reward, you need to be a registered candidate with MediCircle and must fulfil the necessary work hours within a four-month period following your clearance date.

5. Before proceeding with a referral, it is mandatory to obtain the consent of the individual being recommended. Should it emerge that the referred person did not provide explicit consent, eligibility for the referral payment will be forfeited.

6. The individual you recommend should not be an existing registrant with MediCircle.

7. The applicant is required to record the name of the individual who recommended them to join MediCircle either on their application form or during the interview process.

8. The referral bonus will be issued after the referred individual has officially registered with the company and has completed 150 hours of work within 4 months following their clearance date.

9. Your referral claim must be submitted within a 1-month timeframe from the clearance date.

10. If your registration with MediCircle is terminated before the referral payment is scheduled, you will lose the right to receive the payment.

11. MediCircle retains the authority to alter the terms and conditions of this program at any moment, without prior notification.

12. The offer date runs from Friday 14th Feb 2025 and will close on Friday 14th March 2025.
